Javier Vidueira brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure operations, service delivery, and organizational transformation. He has built teams from the ground up, turned around dysfunctional operations, and managed complex technical environments at scale.

He has founded, scaled, and exited businesses of his own, which means he understands what it feels like to be on the other side of an acquisition. That perspective shapes everything about how Viduex approaches deals — with respect for the seller, discipline on valuation, and an operator's eye for what really drives value.
